Meet Dr. Partha Mukherji

Adjunct Assistant Professor Texas A&M College of Dentistry
Dr. “M” or “muh-kher-jee” was born in New Jersey, but got to Texas as soon as he could. He grew up near the Gulf Coast in Bay City, TX. His parents and sister (also a dentist) live near the outskirts of Houston. He attended Texas A&M University, and completed his dental school education at Texas A&M (Baylor) College of Dentistry. Dr. M wanted more advanced training and completed a 1 year post-grad General Practice Residency at The University of Texas School of Dentistry where he learned hospital dentistry at a level 1 trauma center treating medically complex patients.
He has thoroughly enjoyed taking more than 1000+ hours of continuing education. His passion for learning has earned him Fellowship status with Academy of General Dentistry. His passion for service has earned him Fellowship status with International College of Dentists. His passion for teaching is evident as he is in his fourth year as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University (Baylor) College of Dentistry one day a week. Further, he is in his second term as President of the Fort Worth Academy of General Dentistry. In 2018, he was one of 19 dentists in Texas to be nominated by his peers as Dentist of the Year.

He has also written articles and presented lectures on evidence-Based Dentistry, leadership, and practice based research. Dr. M is a peer journal reviewer and dental product reviewer. He volunteers with Cook Children's award winning Save-A-Smile program, and Donated Dental Services (Dental Lifeline Network.) Dr. M is always excited to support and be a sponsor for the wonderful community in north Fort Worth and Keller area.
Dr. Mukherji’s hobbies include traveling, playing various hand drums, live music, reading, photography, but mostly spending time with his dog Biggy Smallz. He’s a huge fan of the arts and sports: football (Aggies, Cowboys, Texas teams), basketball, soccer, baseball, and tennis.
